  The cover rubber adopts nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with high propylene wax content as the main material.

  Canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas is used.

  Oil resistant

  Applicable for the conveying of oily materials or working oil environment.

  Specifically, the volume change rate is low.

  Use

  Ordinary conveyor belts have poor tolerance to oils and solvents. When transporting oil-containing materials, the surface rubber is swellable and eroded by the oil, and the surface glue would be bulky, the structure would be slack, the physical and mechanical properties would be degraded, and the service life of the product would be shortened. The oil-resistant conveyor belt is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas and poly-canvas. It is refined by calendering, forming and vulcanization and other processes. It has good oil resistance and is suitable for conveying oily materials, and some occasions where oily and chemical solvents may exist.

  Performance

  The physical properties of the overlay are shown in Table 1. After the aging test (70°C * 168h), the change rate of the tensile strength of the overlay and the change rate of the elongation at break should be less than 25% of the measured value before the aging.
