Product Quality Commitment and Service System


In order to better serve the needs of users and do a good job in pre-sales and after-sales service, our company adheres to the spirit of "pursuing high quality, quality and customer satisfaction". Based on the principle of "thoughtful service and good product quality", we make the following commitments to users:

Ⅰ. Product Quality Commitment:
1. The manufacturing and testing of the products are not lower than the national standards.
2. The product is tested by testing personnel to ensure that the various indicators of the product meet the requirements of the buyer.
3. If the products we bring have quality problems during the warranty period, we are willing to take responsibility. During the warranty period, if the same product and the same quality problem are repaired for three consecutive times and still cannot be used normally, we promise to replace it.
4. After-sales service and during the design life of the product, we ensure the normal use of the product.
 
Ⅱ. Establish a reasonable sales service management system and system:
1. Pre-sales service. For the established sales service organization, the company will arrange relevant personnel to be responsible for the design of the conveyor belt on site.
2. In-sale service. In order to avoid losses caused by improper use of the product, the company will send relevant personnel to guide the user during the use of the product, so that the user can use the product correctly and make the user feel at ease.
3. After-sales service. After receiving the user feedback meeting, our company will respond to the service within 2 hours, propose solutions within 24 hours, and provide 7 × 24 hours of after-sales service. After-sales service telephone: 0873-3057979, there is a special person to answer and make feedback records in time, and bring solutions to problems. If there is a need for on-site guidance, the company will arrange relevant personnel to provide timely guidance at the location of use within 48 hours.
